Shipping policy

If you’ve ordered the GlowLux with Next-Day Delivery, please allow an extra day for Sunday orders, as our warehouse is closed on Sundays.

Once you have ordered please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed! Once processed we aim to have your item delivered from 5-7 days. This only applies to items in stock at our UK depot!

since our larger products are made to order, please allow 3-5 weeks for production and shipping. We prioritize quality and craftsmanship, ensuring each piece is perfect before it reaches you.

If you have ordered one of our next day delivery items, then please allow an extra day for weekends as we cannot guarantee next day delivery

Please note that we ship on a eco friendly basis and try to ship multiple orders together to lower our carbon footprint.
